The Dagsboro VFD along with Frankford EMS, Sussex Medic 103 and DSP aviation were dispatched for a MVC @ above location; a level 1 MCI was declared due to the possibility of 5 patients on scene. This brought additional EMS untis from Millsboro and Selbyville Fire Co. Asst. Chief D. stevens (73-16) assumed command and requested a rescue to respond from Millsboro Fire Co as the crew from Eng. 73-2 began initial stabilization/extrication efforts with Deputy Chief T. McCabe assigned as extrication officer. 1 pt was transported to Beebe hospital via Amb. 73, other pt's refused treatment.
