It is with our deepest and sincere regrets that Life Time Member and Past Deputy Chief Richard (Dicky) Baker, has answered his last alarm on Monday, June 11, 2012. Services will be Thursday, June 14, 2012, at Melson's Funeral Home in Frankford. Viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and services will be there-after. Internment following will be at the Frankford United Methodist Church Cemetery. Reception will follow after Internment at the Frankford Volunteer Fire Hall.
