DVFD Funeral Annoucement of Jalen Griffin

May 12, 2019 – It is with deep regret that the Dagsboro Volunteer Fire Department announces that Fire Fighter Jalen Griffin has answered his last alarm after a short, but fiercely fought battle with a severe illness. At this time, we ask for your heartfelt prayers for our department, friends, and family of Fire Fighter Jalen Griffin. A full Fire Fighter Funeral will be held at the Indian River High School, 29772 Armory Road, Dagsboro, DE 19939, Saturday, May 18th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral will be at 1:00 pm. Interment at Antioch AME Church, 194 Clayton Ave, Frankford, DE 19945. There will be a reception following at the Dagsboro Volunteer Fire Department for a luncheon and fellowship.
