Rescue 73
1999 - Sutphen Custom Heavy Rescue
Rescue 73 is a 1999 Custom built Heavy Rescue, and is the first complete Rescue Truck the Sutphen Corporation built. The truck it self sits on a (10) man-cab Sutphen Tower frame powered by a 700 series Detroit Diesel with a 24 ft. walk around box with Rom roll up doors. The crew compartment comfortably seats (8) personnel with plenty of room to don the (6) SCOTT 4.5, 45 min SCBA's mounted in the cab with (1) additional SCBA mounted in the front officers seat & (6) spare bottles. Equipped with a 35 kw Onan generator that powers (8) Focus Scene Lights intergraded in the rescue body, (3) on each side and (2) on the rear & the 30 ft. Wilber Light Tower equipped with (6) 2000 watt Flood Light with 360 degree turning capability and (2) 1500 watt Flood Lights fixed facing down for added light around the unit. A 12,000 lbs winch with 150' of 1/2 inch cable is mounted in the front bumper for easy access. With a full complement of Forcible Entry, Salvage, Ventilation, Heavy Lifting, Shoring & Technical Rescue equipment. Hurst extrication equipment includes,(1) Maverick Tool, (1) O-Cutter, & (1) 32-B Jaws pre-connected, along with an additional portable Hurst unit with a second set of O-cutters, 32-A Jaws & a complete set of Hurst Rams. Rescue 73 is capable of handling most calls.

Engine 732
1991 - Sutphen Custom Engine
Engine 2 is a 1991 custom built Sutphen 10 man enclosed cab Class A Engine Company. Engine 2 is equipped as a Rescue/Engine with a 1500 gpm. Hale pump, a 1000 gallon booster tank and 15 gallons of AFFF, 5 SCOTT 4.5, 45 min. SCBA,(1)1 3/4" attack lines,(1)1 3/4" pre-connected smooth bore attack line, (1)1 3/4" front bumber line, 1 pre-connected 2" Blitz line, 1000 ft. 5" LDH, and a top mounted Deluge gun. Equipped with a vast array of hand tools and a Hurst Combination Tool, O-Cutter & a 90" Telescoping Ram. Engine 2 is first due on all MVC's and serves as the departments cover assignment & LZ unit. Engine 2 is the third due Engine on all Box, Structure, Investigations, Haz-Mat assignments.

Brush 730
1991 - Chevrolet
Brush 730 is a 1991 GMC 3/4 ton pick-up equipped with a 250 gallon booster tank and a 150 gpm hale pump. This unit is also equipped with a 300' booster line on a top mounted reel and a 1" 3/4 pre-connected attack line, 600' of forestry line, 20 gallons of AFFF, and has all the necessary hand tools need for its role. Brush 730 is 1st due on all Woods, Field, Brush, and Grass fire assignments.
